The apartment is very comfortable, well located and well managed.
Positive: The location was excellent, quiet, about 10mins walk from central Bowral and its facilities, and next door to a very good restaurant.

Positive: Excellent location. Very comfortable.
Negative: Dishwasher had not been unloaded from previous tenant. Shortage of small plates.

Lovely garden like apartment opposite the Berida Hotel and Glof course.
Positive: Location is great… borrows from the adjacent Berida Hotel
Negative: The kitchen needs to be better equipped, the dishwasher was not working. There was not kitchen exhaust.
